Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers. Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Once dispatched, delivery times are typically:

• Metro areas: 5–8 business days
• Regional areas: 5–10 business days

Free standard local shipping is available on selected products. All others incur a flat shipping rate of $20.00.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this to monitor your delivery.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at hello@aussiecaveco.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
